1. Prohibited activity

You must not use TWL to:

  • Break the law, violate sanctions, or facilitate fraud or deception.
  • Infringe privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.
  • Send spam, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, or unlawful marketing.
  • Collect sensitive personal data without a lawful and appropriate reason.
  • Bypass access controls, rate limits, robots exclusions, or technical protections.
  • Introduce malware, disrupt systems, probe vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with other users.
  • Misrepresent identity, affiliation, consent, or the source of communications.
  • Resell, reverse engineer, or abuse the service outside the permissions in your agreement.

2. Data and outreach standards

You are responsible for the sources, permissions, accuracy, suppression lists, opt-outs, notices, and legal bases that apply to your data and outreach. TWL’s automation does not replace your responsibility to review actions, follow platform terms, and comply with laws such as UK GDPR, PECR, GDPR, and applicable marketing rules.

Gmail may not be used for spam or unsolicited commercial messages. Obtain any required recipient permissions before sending, and respect withdrawals and opt-outs. Other connected providers have their own rules.

3. Fair use and service protection

You must use reasonable volumes and must not deliberately create excessive load, evade plan limits, share accounts improperly, or use TWL in a way that threatens service reliability or security.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect people, TWL, our providers, or the public. We may preserve or disclose information where required by law. Report concerns to abuse@usetwl.com.
