1. Who we are
TWL is a software service provided by Webmania Services Limited, company number 13674389, registered at 58 Lauderdale Crescent, Manchester, M13 9DP, United Kingdom ("Webmania", "we", "us").
2. The service
TWL helps customers monitor market signals, collect permitted public business information, enrich records, assess fit, and operate related sales and marketing workflows.
You are responsible for configuring and using TWL lawfully, respecting third-party platform rules, and ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis for the data you collect, upload, or use.
3. Accounts and trials
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Trials and promotional access may be limited or withdrawn. Unless we state otherwise, a trial does not create a commitment to provide the service indefinitely or at a particular price.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment-card details.
You can cancel before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use TWL to break the law, infringe rights, bypass technical restrictions, damage systems, or send unlawful or abusive communications.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to TWL. You authorise us and our subprocessors to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that data to us. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TWL available and useful, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party outages, or other operational reasons. We may change features where reasonably necessary and will try to avoid materially reducing paid functionality without notice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of TWL.
Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using TWL or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
