Service-provider categories

Depending on the features you use, TWL may use providers for:

  • Cloud infrastructure, application hosting, storage, and content delivery.
  • Database, queue, monitoring, logging, security, and error diagnostics.
  • Product analytics, including Google Analytics for the marketing website and PostHog for the authenticated app.
  • Payment processing and subscription administration.
  • Transactional email and customer support communications.
  • Artificial-intelligence model and data-enrichment services.
  • Browser automation, workflow execution, and third-party integrations.

Each provider is authorised only to process data as needed to deliver its services to us and is subject to contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Customer-controlled integrations

When you connect an external service or choose a particular enrichment, AI, browser, or communication provider, you direct TWL to send the necessary data to that provider. Your agreement with that provider may also apply.

Changes and questions

We may update our subprocessors as the service evolves. Where required by contract or law, we will provide notice of material changes. For a current provider-specific list or questions about data locations and safeguards, contact privacy@usetwl.com.
