Cold email deliverability checklist

Tick through a cold email deliverability checklist. Your progress stays in this browser. The list is a plan, not a test that mail will be delivered.

0 of 16 ticked on this browser. Ticking an item does not test delivery. TWL does not warm inboxes.

How it works

  1. Read each item and tick it only when you have actually done that check.
  2. Progress is stored in localStorage on this browser. Clearing site data clears the ticks.
  3. Use the DNS and spam tools linked from the list when an item needs a closer look.

Questions

Does completing the checklist mean mail will reach the inbox?

No. The list is a pre-flight reminder. It does not test authentication, reputation or placement.

Where are the ticks saved?

In localStorage for this site, on this browser. They are not sent to a TWL account.

Does TWL warm the mailbox for me if I tick the warmup item?

No. TWL does not warm inboxes. That item only means you have written your own ramp plan. The warmup page can draft the schedule.

Why is list source on a deliverability list?

Who you email, and whether the address is still valid, changes complaints and bounces. The item is a reminder to know the source, not a verdict on the list.

Can I reset the list?

Yes. Clear the ticks on the page, or remove site data for usetwl.com in the browser.
