Cold email spam checker

Paste a cold email and highlight words that often show up in bulk mail. A browser word list, not a prediction of where the message will land.

How it works

  1. Paste the subject and body you plan to send.
  2. The checker looks for phrases from a fixed list of words often used in bulk mail.
  3. Read the matches and the note next to each one, then edit the copy and check again.

Questions

Does this cold email spam checker test inbox placement?

No. It compares your text with a fixed list of words and phrases that often appear in bulk mail. It does not send the email, contact a filter, or predict the inbox.

Will removing every highlighted word make the email deliverable?

No. Authentication, list quality, volume and the mailbox’s history all sit outside this page. A clean word list is only one reading of the copy.

Where does the word list come from?

The list is a set of urgency, money and hype phrases commonly treated as bulk-mail language. It is not a secret filter rulebook and it is not updated from your sending results.

Does TWL send the email I paste here?

No. The check runs in your browser. The text is not uploaded to TWL.

What should I do with the result?

Treat highlighted words as editing prompts. Keep the words that are accurate, and rewrite the ones that are only there for pressure.
