Cold email follow-up cadence calculator

Turn follow-up spacing into a dated timeline and an .ics calendar file. Spacing is yours to choose. The page does not recommend a reply rate.

How it works

  1. Pick a start date, how many touches, and the gaps between them.
  2. The timeline lists a calendar date for each touch.
  3. Download an .ics file if you want those dates on a calendar. The file does not send email.

Questions

Does this calculator know the best follow-up spacing?

No. It dates the gaps you enter. It does not compare them with other senders or suggest a spacing that gets more replies.

What is in the calendar file?

One all-day event per touch, with the step number in the title. Importing it does not send the email.

Can each gap be different?

Yes. Enter a single gap for an even cadence, or a list such as 3, 4, 7 for uneven gaps. Extra gaps are ignored, and a missing gap repeats the last one.

Which timezone is used?

The dates are calendar dates from the start date you pick, without a clock time. Your calendar may display them as all-day events.

Can TWL Reach run this cadence?

TWL Reach runs email and LinkedIn sequences. This page does not create the sequence inside TWL. It only dates the plan.
