How it works
- Choose forward (emails in, meetings out) or reverse (meetings in, emails out).
- Edit the reply rate, the share of replies you treat as positive, and the meeting rate. Each field is an assumption.
- The result is arithmetic. It is not a forecast of what your sequence will do.
Questions
Are the default percentages benchmarks?
No. The starting numbers are editable assumptions so the form is not empty. They are not industry averages, TWL results or a target you should hit.
What does forward mode calculate?
Emails sent, multiplied by your reply-rate assumption, then by the share you mark as positive, then by the share of those that become meetings.
What does reverse mode calculate?
How many emails the same assumptions would require to reach the meeting count you entered. If any rate is zero, the page cannot divide.
Does a higher assumed reply rate mean I should send more?
No. Changing an assumption changes the arithmetic. It does not say what will happen when you send.
Can I use this to price a campaign?
No. This page does not quote a price or a cost per meeting. Pricing for TWL is on the pricing page.
