How it works
- Paste the email and, if you want, the name, company, role or detail you expect to see.
- Rules check those details, generic openers, a question, length and leftover placeholders.
- The score is the sum of those rules. Each line says what was added or removed.
Questions
Is the personalization score a reply prediction?
No. It is a heuristic from the rules listed under the result. It does not estimate reply rate, meetings or deliverability.
What if I leave the detail fields empty?
The page then scores shape only: openers, questions, length and leftover placeholders. Add a name or a detail if you want those checks.
Does a high score mean the email is good?
No. The rules cannot tell whether the detail is true, relevant or welcome. A specific sentence can still be a poor reason to write.
Are generic openers always wrong?
No. The page marks a few very common openers so you can see them. Keep one if it is honest for that recipient.
Is the email uploaded?
No. Scoring runs in the browser.
