Common Room alternatives are a category mistake if you only want a cheaper logo. Common Room is buyer intelligence: contacts, research credits, social and community signals, job changes, product signals, website activity and Bombora topics, with an SEP integration so your existing sender can stay. TWL is one connected system of tools. It captures signals you choose, qualifies them, and can continue into TWL Reach for email and LinkedIn. It does not claim website deanonymisation or a Bombora resale.
I founded TWL. Prices below are from public pages on 23 October 2026. The head-to-head is Common Room vs TWL. This post is the alternatives list.
The short list#
| Alternative | Best for | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| TWL | Signal to a reviewed sequence inside one stack | Not an enterprise contact graph |
| Clay | A table for enrichment, signals and your own logic | Not a managed intelligence suite |
| Pancake | A packaged GTM Brain and scheduled Plays | Not a customer-intelligence platform |
| Trigify | A former social-signal product | Not available as a new deployment. The standalone platform is being retired |
| A sales engagement tool | Sending, once the intelligence already exists | Not a replacement for the graph |
What Common Room listed#
On 23 October 2026, Essential was $2,500 a month, billed annually, with 5 seats, up to 100,000 contacts, 5,000 RoomieAI research credits and 2,500 Prospector credits. Advanced and Enterprise were custom. The matrix included MCP on all plans, job-change tracking, social and community engagement, and website activity allowances. Those are Common Room’s published contents, not a TWL benchmark.
1. TWL#
Choose TWL when the next step after a signal is a conversation you approve, and the agent that prepares it should share data and permissions with the team. Signal-based prospecting is the branch: job posts, comments, launches, leadership changes. Build systems, not prompts. Add capacity without adding headcount by letting the agent do the repeatable capture, not by buying a larger contact ceiling.
Do not choose TWL to replace product-usage signals or a 100,000-contact graph. That would be pretending.
2. Clay#
Clay is the Common Room competitor for teams who would rather assemble the view. On 23 October 2026, with Annual selected, Launch started at $167/mo billed annually and Growth at $446/mo billed annually. Monthly was Launch from $185/mo and Growth from $495/mo. Growth is where Clay’s page put web intent. If a RevOps operator wants the columns, Clay is the honest alternative. If they want the columns to disappear into a system, read the Clay comparison.
3. Pancake#
Pancake is the packaged Play: $99 a month per workspace for 60,000 credits on the self-serve tier that day, up to $1,299, plus a $3,000 White Glove offer. It is an alternative when you want Pancake to run the search and the approved message, not when you want Common Room’s contact model.
4. Trigify, only as history#
Trigify was the social-signal specialist in this neighbourhood. On 23 October 2026 trigify.io said the team is joining HubSpot and the standalone product is being retired, not migrated. It is not a Common Room alternative you can buy. The Trigify alternatives guide is the migration note.
5. Keep the sender you have#
Common Room lists SEP integration. If the suite is right and the only complaint is price, an alternative intelligence tool may still be wrong. A sender such as lemlist or TWL Reach solves a different sentence. Alternatives to Common Room that are only sequencers will not rebuild the graph.
Which should you choose?#
- Stay on Common Room when the contact model, product signals and annual platform price match the team you have.
- Choose TWL when observed signals should become TWL Reach inside one connected system.
- Choose Clay when operators want to build the table.
- Choose Pancake when a Play is the product.
- Do not choose Trigify for a new programme.
Frequently asked questions#
Are Common Room competitors required to be cheaper?#
No. A lower price that drops the signals you bought is not a competitor. It is a different job. This list says which job each option does.
Does TWL include the Essential seat count?#
No. TWL does not restate its packaging as a clone of Common Room’s 5 seats and 100,000 contacts. Read the TWL pricing page for TWL, and Common Room’s page for Common Room.
What is Bombora doing on their matrix?#
Common Room lists Bombora company-surge topics with a topic count per tier. That is intent-style data. The intent data glossary entry explains how this site uses the word. TWL does not claim the feed.
Is there one versus URL?#
Yes. Common Room vs TWL. This article does not create a second one.
