HeyReach alternatives are easy to list and easy to mis-sell. HeyReach is infrastructure for LinkedIn senders: a seat or a bundle, proxies on the larger plans, and agency whitelabel. The prospects still have to come from somewhere. TWL is one connected system of tools, and TWL Reach is email and LinkedIn inside it. If you are buying HeyReach to multiply LinkedIn accounts, Reach is not that product. If you are buying it because you need a reason to write and a second channel, the stack is the comparison.
I founded TWL. The prices below were read on 23 October 2026. HeyReach’s own testimonials and performance figures are theirs. They are not repeated as facts here. The head-to-head is HeyReach vs TWL Reach. This post does not create a second versus URL.
The short list#
| Alternative | Best for | Unit you buy |
|---|---|---|
| TWL Reach | Email and LinkedIn from a signal, with approvals | The stack. Prices on the TWL pricing page |
| Expandi | LinkedIn campaigns and email follow-ups | About $99 a month per account on the page we read |
| Valley | LinkedIn research and sending, email on higher plans | A seat, from $199 a month |
| lemlist | Email, database, warm-up, LinkedIn on multichannel | Email from $55/mo billed yearly, or $69/mo billed monthly |
| Clay | The list and the enrichment, not the LinkedIn cloud seat | Launch from $167/mo billed annually, or $185/mo billed monthly |
What HeyReach’s page charges#
The headline “Unlimited senders, one flat monthly fee” matches the Unlimited plan, not every plan. On 23 October 2026 Growth was $79 per LinkedIn sender per month billed monthly for fewer than 10 senders, and $59 per sender per month billed monthly from 10 senders. Agency was a bundle: $999 per month billed monthly for 25 senders, or $1,399 per month billed monthly for 50 senders. Unlimited was a flat $2,999 per month billed monthly, with the plan text capping senders at 300. Quarterly is labeled 10% off and Yearly 20% off. The FAQ says teammates are free and that HeyReach charges per sender or a bundle. The smaller plan includes a residential proxy per sender. Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring proxies.
1. TWL Reach#
Choose TWL when the missing piece is signal-based prospecting: competitor engagement, a job post, a new hire, a launch. TWL Reach writes email and LinkedIn from that source. An agent may draft. It sends inside permissions you set. That is a controllable AI SDR, and it is how you add capacity without adding headcount. It will not whitelabel a LinkedIn sender farm. If that sentence is the requirement, stay with HeyReach.
2. Expandi#
Expandi is the closest HeyReach competitor in shape: a cloud seat, limits you configure, email in the sequence. Business was $99 a month on 23 October 2026, with an annual figure of $79 also displayed. Expandi markets campaign types that can bypass LinkedIn outreach limits. This site does not explain how. Alternatives to HeyReach that lead with higher limits are a policy choice, not a TWL feature.
3. Valley#
Valley includes the research and the LinkedIn send from $199 a seat, or $149 billed quarterly. Email is included from Plus. It is the alternative when you wanted HeyReach plus someone to decide who is worth a message, and you are willing to buy that as a seat rather than as a stack.
4. lemlist#
lemlist is the alternative when email is the primary channel and LinkedIn is a step, with warm-up included. HeyReach is the reverse emphasis. TWL Reach holds both channels and neither the warm-up nor the database. See lemlist vs TWL Reach.
5. Clay#
Clay is where many HeyReach users already build lists. Keeping Clay and changing the sender is a valid alternative. Moving the list, the signal and the send into TWL is the other. “Clay without the complexity” is a brief, not a claim that Clay’s grid is a mistake for people who like it.
Which should you choose?#
- Stay on HeyReach when sender count, proxies and agency whitelabel are the purchase.
- Choose TWL Reach when email and LinkedIn should share a signal and an approval.
- Choose Expandi for a similar LinkedIn seat at the price on their page.
- Choose Valley when research and sending are one seat.
- Choose lemlist when email operations and warm-up dominate.
- Choose Clay when the list is the product and the sender can stay.
Frequently asked questions#
Are HeyReach competitors safe for LinkedIn accounts?#
This article does not rank safety. HeyReach and Expandi publish their own limit features. TWL’s control is approval and permissions. None of those sentences is a promise about LinkedIn’s enforcement.
Does the $79 plan include unlimited senders?#
No. On 23 October 2026 the $79 figure was Growth, per LinkedIn sender per month billed monthly, for fewer than 10 senders. Unlimited senders are the $2,999 per month plan, billed monthly, and that plan text caps senders at 300. See the HeyReach pricing page.
Can TWL replace a HeyReach whitelabel?#
Not as described on HeyReach’s agency plans. TWL is the stack your team or your agent runs, not a white-label LinkedIn product in this article.
Where do the prospects come from on TWL?#
From Signals and the signal pages, then a playbook if you want a sample sequence. A HeyReach alternative that does not answer “why this person” has not replaced the hard part.
