lemlist alternatives split into two honest groups. One group is another sales engagement platform. The other is a system that only does part of what lemlist bundles, and says so. lemlist is the second kind of product to be precise about: email, a lead database, warm-up, and a multichannel plan that adds LinkedIn, with signals and enrichment as extra lines.

TWL Reach is email and LinkedIn inside one connected system. It starts from a signal, not from a static list. TWL does not warm inboxes and does not claim a 650-million-person database. If those are why you pay lemlist, TWL is the wrong alternative. I founded TWL. Figures below were read on 23 October 2026. The single versus page is lemlist vs TWL Reach.

The short list#

Alternative Best for Warm-up and database
TWL Reach Signal-led email and LinkedIn, with approvals Neither. TWL does not warm inboxes
HeyReach LinkedIn senders at agency scale Not an email database
Expandi LinkedIn campaigns with email follow-ups Not lemlist’s database
Valley Per-seat LinkedIn, email on higher plans Email volume is plan-limited, not a warm-up product
Clay Building and enriching the list You still need a sender

What the lemlist page showed#

The page opened on Yearly, labeled Save 20%. At 50,000 emails a month, the email plan was $69/mo billed monthly or $55/mo billed yearly. The “from $55/mo” line is that yearly start. Higher volumes cost more. Multichannel was $109 per user per month billed monthly, or $87 per user per month billed yearly. Enterprise was custom. Buying-intent signals started at $29/mo billed monthly or $21/mo billed yearly for 100 signals a month. Enrichment started at $20/mo billed monthly or $16/mo billed yearly for 2,000 credits a month. The FAQ said warm-up and deliverability protection are included, the email plan has unlimited users and senders, and multichannel pricing is based on users.

1. TWL Reach#

Choose TWL Reach when the sequence should exist because someone did something: a comment, a role, a launch, a leadership change. The agent can draft. You constrain the account and approve the send. That is build systems, not prompts, applied to outbound. Add capacity without adding headcount only inside those rules. Read the AI SDR definition before you expect an unattended rep.

2. HeyReach#

HeyReach is the lemlist alternative when LinkedIn senders are the scarce object and email is not. On 23 October 2026 Growth was $79 per LinkedIn sender per month billed monthly, Agency was from $999 per month for 25 senders billed monthly, and Unlimited was a flat $2,999 per month billed monthly. See HeyReach vs TWL Reach.

3. Expandi#

Expandi is the cloud LinkedIn seat at $99 a month, or $79 on the annual figure the page also showed. It can put email in the same sequence. It is not a contact database. It is a poor lemlist alternative if warm-up is the feature you would miss, and a fair one if the campaign builder is the feature you use.

4. Valley#

Valley bundles research and LinkedIn sending from $199 a seat a month, with email on Plus and Growth. It is closer to an AI SDR seat than to lemlist’s “the team operates the campaigns” shape. Compare the control model, not the adjective.

5. Clay plus a sender#

Clay from $167/mo billed annually for Launch, or $185/mo billed monthly, is how some teams leave lemlist’s database: they build the list, then send elsewhere. Those were the starting card prices on 23 October 2026. That is a real alternative and a larger operating burden. TWL’s version of “Clay without the complexity” is to stop assembling the list as the job and run signal-based prospecting in the stack instead. Both can be right. They are not the same week of work.

Which should you choose?#

  • Stay on lemlist when the database, warm-up and the multichannel plan are in use.
  • Choose TWL Reach when email and LinkedIn should start from a signal and an approval.
  • Choose HeyReach or Expandi for LinkedIn infrastructure.
  • Choose Valley for a per-seat AI sender.
  • Choose Clay when you want to own the table.

Frequently asked questions#

Are lemlist competitors required to include lemwarm?#

No. Say if they do. TWL does not. The warmup schedule tool only writes a plan you run yourself.

Why are two prices listed for each lemlist plan?#

The struck-through number is the monthly price. The Yearly tab, selected when the page loaded on 23 October 2026, shows the yearly price per month. Email started at $69/mo billed monthly or $55/mo billed yearly for 50,000 emails a month. See the lemlist pricing page.

Is TWL Reach a full lemlist replacement?#

For the sequence, evaluate it. For the database, the dialer and the warm-up, no.

Where should a buyer start on TWL?#

The outreach page is the product. The playbooks are example sequences. Alternatives to lemlist that skip the signal still need a reason to write.
