The short version

Choose TWL when

  • Sequences should start because someone did something, not because they matched a static list.
  • You want email and LinkedIn in TWL Reach, with the agent constrained by approvals and permissions.
  • You do not need a large contact database or inbox warm-up from the outreach tool. TWL does not warm inboxes.

Choose lemlist when

  • You want lemlist’s contact database, email finder and warm-up in the same subscription.
  • Multichannel for you means LinkedIn plus calling, SMS or WhatsApp add-ons, as their pricing page describes.
  • Your team will operate the campaigns, and a per-user multichannel plan matches that.

Five differences that matter

Engagement platform versus Reach inside a stack

lemlist is built to run outbound: database, enrichment, signals as an add-on, and sending. TWL Reach is the email and LinkedIn product in one connected system. Signals, Tables and Workflows are the rest of the system, not a row on an engagement plan.

Where leads come from

lemlist’s pricing page advertises a large lead database and unlimited users on the email plan. TWL’s branch is signal-based prospecting: find people because they did something, then qualify. A database is a different bet.

Warm-up

lemlist says lemwarm and deliverability protection are included. TWL does not warm inboxes. If warm-up is the purchase, lemlist is the honest fit. If the purchase is a reviewed sequence from a signal, look at TWL Reach.

A controllable sender

lemlist is a tool the team operates, including lemAgent on the pricing page. TWL’s AI SDR is controllable on purpose: supervise the research, constrain the accounts, approve the send. Add capacity without adding headcount only after those constraints exist.

Price on the page

lemlist opens on Yearly, labeled Save 20%. The struck-through number is the monthly price. The price set in larger type is the yearly price per month. Email starts at $69/mo billed monthly or $55/mo billed yearly for 50,000 emails a month. Multichannel starts at $109 per user per month billed monthly, or $87 per user per month billed yearly.

An honest comparison

What their public pages say about price

On 23 October 2026, lemlist.com/pricing opened on Yearly, labeled Save 20%. At 50,000 emails a month, the email plan was $69/mo billed monthly or $55/mo billed yearly. The page’s “from $55/mo” is that yearly start. Higher email volumes cost more. Multichannel was $109 per user per month billed monthly, or $87 per user per month billed yearly. Enterprise was custom.

Quarterly, labeled Save 10%, was $62/mo for that same 50,000-email start and $99 per user per month for Multichannel. Buying-intent signals started at $29/mo billed monthly or $21/mo billed yearly for 100 signals a month. Lead data enrichment started at $20/mo billed monthly or $16/mo billed yearly for 2,000 credits a month.

The FAQ on that page said the email plan has unlimited users and senders, and multichannel pricing is based on users.
