The short version

Choose TWL when

  • You need email and LinkedIn in one sequence, started from a buying signal.
  • The agent that prepares outreach must share permissions with the rest of the stack.
  • LinkedIn-only sender infrastructure is not the product you are trying to buy.

Choose HeyReach when

  • The job is LinkedIn sending across many accounts, especially for an agency.
  • HeyReach’s sender pricing and whitelabel agency plans match how you package the service.
  • You will bring your own lead source and only need the LinkedIn channel.

Five differences that matter

LinkedIn infrastructure versus a GTM stack

HeyReach’s pricing page is about LinkedIn senders, multichannel outreach on the Growth plan, and agency packaging. TWL Reach is email and LinkedIn as one product in the connected system. Signals and approvals are part of the same system.

Read the unit carefully

The headline “Unlimited senders, one flat monthly fee” matches the Unlimited plan. Growth is priced per LinkedIn sender. Agency is a bundle of senders. The FAQ says teammates are not charged, and that HeyReach charges per sender or seat, or a bundle on Agency and Unlimited.

Signal-based prospecting

HeyReach is a sender. The reason to write still has to come from somewhere. TWL’s branch is signal-based prospecting: the sequence in TWL Reach cites the thing the person did, after qualification.

Control

Automating LinkedIn can put the account at risk if the activity breaks LinkedIn’s rules. TWL’s controllable AI SDR is there so a person can constrain volume, accounts and approval. This page does not explain how to raise LinkedIn limits.

Email

TWL Reach includes email. HeyReach’s Growth card says “multichannel outreach” without, on the text we read, defining email the way lemlist or Expandi do. Do not assume email is included. Check their page.

An honest comparison

What their public pages say about price

On 23 October 2026, heyreach.io/pricing showed Growth at $79 per LinkedIn sender per month billed monthly for fewer than 10 senders, and $59 per sender per month billed monthly from 10 senders. Agency was $999 per month billed monthly for 25 senders, or $1,399 per month billed monthly for 50 senders. Unlimited was $2,999 per month billed monthly.

The Quarterly toggle is labeled 10% off and the Yearly toggle is labeled 20% off those monthly prices. The FAQ said a sender or seat is a LinkedIn account, teammates are not charged, and Agency and Unlimited are bundles. Unlimited’s plan text caps senders at 300. The smaller plan includes a residential proxy per sender. Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring proxies.

HeyReach’s page also shows customer quotes and performance figures. Those are HeyReach’s claims. This comparison does not adopt them.

Questions people ask

Is TWL Reach a HeyReach alternative?

For teams that want email and LinkedIn from a signal, with an agent they can constrain, yes, evaluate TWL Reach. For many LinkedIn accounts and agency whitelabel, HeyReach’s plans are the product built for that packaging.

Does HeyReach charge per seat or a flat fee?

Both, on different plans. On 23 October 2026 Growth was $79 per LinkedIn sender per month billed monthly under 10 senders, and $59 per sender per month billed monthly from 10 senders. Agency was a bundle, from $999 per month for 25 senders billed monthly. Unlimited was a flat $2,999 per month billed monthly. Quarterly is labeled 10% off and Yearly 20% off.

Will TWL tell me how to send more LinkedIn requests?

No. This site does not publish limit-bypass steps. Volume should follow the network’s rules and an approval you can defend.

Where do the prospects come from?

On TWL, from Signals and research, not from a rented static list. See the signal pages and the playbooks for the sequence shape.
