You need a signal workflow that still runs after Trigify access ends.
You want the signal feed connected to Tables, approvals and email plus LinkedIn in TWL Reach.
Agents should use the same system as the team, with permissions you can constrain.
Choose Trigify when
You are an existing Trigify customer still inside a notice period and you only need to export data.
You do not need a replacement yet and your contract states a later end date than the standard notice.
A retired product is not a reason to choose Trigify for a new deployment.
Five differences that matter
Availability
On 23 October 2026, trigify.io said the team is joining HubSpot and the standalone Trigify platform is being retired. It will not continue inside HubSpot. For standard customers, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. That is the fact that dominates this comparison.
What Trigify was
Trigify described itself as signal intelligence for go-to-market teams: social and other unstructured activity, with context, qualification and routing. TWL Signals covers that job and keeps going into the rest of the stack.
Where the work goes next
A replacement has to keep the original evidence, the person and the account together. TWL puts that in Tables, lets a workflow qualify it, and can hand a reviewed sequence to TWL Reach. That is signal-based prospecting on top of the connected platform.
Do not wait on a migration that is not happening
Trigify’s own FAQ says customer data is not being used by HubSpot as part of the team move, and accounts are not migrated into HubSpot. Plan an export if you still have access, then a new system.
Price
There is no current Trigify price to cite for a new buyer. TWL’s price is on the pricing page.
An honest comparison
This table uses public product information checked on 23 October 2026. It is not a joint review, and it does not use private benchmarks. TWL prices stay on the pricing page so this site does not copy them into comparison copy.

What their public pages say about price
trigify.io, checked 23 October 2026, announced on 23 September 2026 that the team is joining HubSpot and the standalone platform is being retired. The product will not appear inside HubSpot.
The same page said standard customer access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, integrations and API access stop then, and customers should export what they need. Different contracts can have different dates.
This page does not quote a Trigify subscription price, because a shutdown notice is not a price list. Existing customers were told to contact hugo@trigify.io about invoices.
Trigify’s public site says the standalone platform is being retired and will not continue inside HubSpot. Standard access ended on 22 October 2026. Do not plan a new deployment on it.
Does HubSpot replace Trigify for current users?
Trigify says no. Team members are joining HubSpot. Customer accounts are not migrated, and customer data is not used by HubSpot as part of that move.
What should a Trigify workflow move to?
Move the signal definition, the source links and the qualification rules. TWL can monitor activity, store it in Tables, and continue into an approved TWL Reach sequence. Read the Trigify alternatives guide for the wider set.
Is this comparison hostile?
No. The status comes from Trigify’s own site on 23 October 2026. Teams that liked person-level social signals still need somewhere for that work to live.
Put the next workflow on the stack.
Start with the tool you need. Connect signals, TWL Reach and the rest of the system when the job is real.
