Definition
A multichannel sequence is a timed set of steps across more than one channel, for the same person, that stops or changes when they reply or when a fact on the record changes.
TWL Reach is the email and LinkedIn version. Steps share the signal, the record and the suppression rules. Sending email from one tool and LinkedIn from another, with no shared stop-on-reply, is two campaigns, not a sequence.
Other products use multichannel to include calling, SMS, WhatsApp or ads. lemlist’s public pricing describes a broader set. TWL does not quietly include those in Reach. The campaign engine page is the wider runtime, and it is a different URL on purpose.
More channels are not a better sequence. A second channel needs a new sentence, not a paste, and it needs to cancel itself when the first channel worked.

Questions people ask
Does TWL Reach include SMS and calling?
TWL Reach, as this site describes it, is email and LinkedIn. The campaign engine page explains the broader runtime and links back so the two URLs are not the same offer.
What stops the second channel?
A reply, a bounce you honour, a closed signal such as a job post that disappeared, or a person ending the sequence. The rule has to be in the system, not in someone’s memory.
Is LinkedIn required?
No. A one-channel sequence is honest when the second channel has nothing new to say. Multichannel is a choice.
Which comparisons mention channel mix?
lemlist, HeyReach, Expandi and Valley. Each page quotes only what their public pricing said on 23 October 2026.
